Warwick, Erica and their kids are visiting Europe at the moment for a whirlwind tour of architecture, exhibitions and ice cream. First stop is London, and the annual @serpentineuk Pavilion by Mexican architect @fridaescobedo. It explores the intersection of Mexican construction techniques and British context, an intriguing truce between geometry and the craft of making. A very clever detail in the ground surface allows it to capture a thin film of water along one edge, which the kids of course loved.
