While we were up on the Gold Coast for the national conference, we dropped in on Cornerstone Stores in Tugan, a small commercial development designed by @richardsandspence. In addition to the excellent breakfast, it’s a cracker of a building. Beautiful massing, materiality, siting and detailing.
